Wait a minute:
This is India's plan for the next 100years.
Sponsor law students to in all top universities in India to independently research/revisit the partition of India. Lets make a case in International court of Justice and see if partition holds water, also this will shed new light to this issue in a legal . This exercise will devolop a competent young lawyers, who will eventually in next 30years will go on to become supreme court justice and serve as advisors to political parties, will be equiped to chnage the argument in the mainstream and political circles.
