The guy couldn't get a podium finish with 6 cars on the track at the US GP (2 of which were Minardi cars). He just needed to beat his Jordan team mate and stand on the podium with Schumi and Bari. In fact, he was behind the 2 Minardi cars at one point. Pathetic!
Hope that Karun doesn't just race for 1 season and then disappear. It's all about impressing with your skills in your 1st year to get a better drive in season 2 (much like Alonso did when he didn't score a point but showed his talent).

in all probability campos will finish last this season. I would like to see him finish every race. He has not performed in GP 2. Let us see what he does in F1
