RIGHT FROM THE DAY HE IS IN THE LIMELIGHT HE HAS BEEN SAYING THAT NO DECISION WAS TAKEN BY HIM IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY,THEN WHY THE HELL ARE U NOT NAMING THE OTHER DACOITS IN UR COMPANY WHO HAVE LOOTED THE TAXPAYERS MONEY OF RS 77000/ CRORES.ARE U SCARED THEY WILL KILL U THEN WHY ARE U NOT REVEALING THE NAMES THE HEAD OF THE DACOITS TEAM.
If there were others who were party to the decisions taken, by brave and name them. We need the truth and nothing but the truth. Don't forget the figure involved is not 'peanuts'.

- actually the figure involved would be not more than 50 crores at the top level, if at all, since the whole budget was around 1600 crores.
But lot more money must have been taken by lower staff getting smaller contracts executed, like hiring of equipments, chairs, printing.
It was sensalised by siting 70,000 crore fraud by media.
