If UP/Bihar make miniscule progress on something... It is all "Go UP", "Go Bihar", "Jai Nitish" etc

If UP/Bihar screw up like they do most of the time... It is "This is India!" (Always blame India not UP/Bihar.)

Then they will lecture rest of India about Nationalism!
