Now some Qatar's Rial is saved,they were supposed to spend on climate control technology inside the stadium which will keep the temperature below 25deg during extreme heat,Qatar is fast becoming a sport crazy nation they have:- 1.Adopted Kenyan,Ethiopian,Nigerian & Uruguayan sportsman and given them nationality. 2.Hosted Asian games in 2006. 3.Hosted Junior IAAF meet in 2009. 4.Now will be hosting the FIFA World cup 2022. Qatar is a desert nation and is very hot and humid... No matter whatever artificial methods they try to overcome the heat, the fact is that the high temperatures could be more than 45 which is not suitable to play sports... The players would be exhausted and there would be de-hydration problems... Instead they could have offered the bid to US...!!!
