This is the true color of Hockey India for many years. As soon as anybody raise their voice against it, it will come with charges against them. This is not new. I just have one question, who has not delivered? is it hockey India or the coach? What was the state of Indian hockey team before this coach taken up the job? Shame on them!!

I think players should boycott HI and demand for a more professional body involving former players. Else our national game is not going to survive for long.
These HI officials know only one thing better. That is playing politics. The one thing they don't know for sure is about the game. If somebody is trying to improve the game of hockey, give a helping hand. If not keep quiet. But need not find fault with him. Why can you dissolve the selection committe and put in place a professional setup for the selectors. If the team plays well, these officials will take credit as though it is because of them.

I don't know why you brought in Chappell!.. More over it's not good to comment with half knowledge!!! Currently he is selector of Australian Cric team (Not Indian)
Hello....The coach's weakness in drag and flick is highlighted now?Then what was asked in the interview and what achievements were monitored while selecting him!!rubbish.
Who is Batra and what are his credentials. May be the likes of him are making sure that Hockey in India does not rise again. They select a coach and then condemn him if he brings out the facts. I will not be surprised if the complaints of not receiving any response and not meeting the commitments are absolutely correct. Afterall, everybody know about these sports administrators and how they are making sure that the games they are connected with dies the worst death. Mr. Batra has alreayd indicated his preference, let wait and see his response when this new coach is also sent out un-ceremoneously.
