In India you will get anything even you are not eligible for that, be it be jobs, for a price tag. In China, if a politician is caught taking bribes he would ne executed. I admire Sonia who controls the congress sychophants by monitoring their illegal wealth, And we have a corrupt Supreme Court Judge who just got a transfer from one High court to another High court. This is the standard we are following to become no.1 in the world.
This is a common wealth and the Wealth will be distributed later to the patrons/persons involved. So no investigation is needed.Ours is the largest Democracy. And we do not investigate this small things.

And Kalmadi says that the CWG game venues are better than those they had for the Beijing olympics
We should rather call the games as "CONGRESS WEALTH GAIN" in stead of Common Wealth Games ! Kalmadi is a very small player ; Sonia & her CHAMCHAs are going to amass wealth before 2014 general elections as they might have finished the commissions gained from Oil , Pulses & Vegetables !
In India it is not called corruption It is called tips (extra income) just for doing your work quicky. I used to talk also big things no corruption or they call it in tamil kai kooli. When my paper had to be moved I had to give a buck or 2 to get my work done. This is exactly how it goes in India?. It starts at a small this level (clerk, peon) and then it goes to the minister level as big tips.

Yeah, You are right.
Corruption is a great facilitator. If i dont have reservation i am never tensed. I know i can get a good birth using the corruption facility. I have seen people on RAC keep sharing a seat while many like me gets a full birth.
Thanks to corruption.
You have to put it to correct use to benefit from this facility.
