CWG Security
by Indian Guru on Aug 19, 2010 06:51 PM

Indian Tax Payers are not just paying for the politicians or visting sports people security. It is for GoI to provide security for every person in India, and not make him a Target or scape goat for Terrorist, Naxal and other local Goon attacks.

Whats the fun of having a large police force, IPS's, IAS's, Army, Air Force blah blah, if the internal and external threats are not countered and make public safe from any kind of threats.

CWG Joke of India Shinning
by Indian Guru on Aug 19, 2010 06:38 PM

Kalmadi & Co, have put the nation at disgrace.. 41 days left you still say that work is in progress.

What have you been doing since the last 6 years, when CWG was announced that it would be hosted in India. They have spent 6000 - 30000 Crores for games and Delhi infrastructure, and a country where 40% of them cannot afford a proper Square meal a day.

I predict CWG would be the biggest Joke of India Shinning example..

It’s so disheartening to see that something happening in our proud nation. It’s a shame and disgrace that some of our greedy beasts in the bureaucracy have gone done to so low that they put nation’s credibility and pride to so low in view among the world fraternity. Mr.Kalmadi I am not sure what he thinks about himself, I wonder even the government of India reacted so late. Its juts 41 days to go and now is how is that our PM and Sonia Gandhi intervene.
Shame on these guys. I wonder what India our kids gonna grow up into

This is a Good oppurtunity for India to show the everyone in the world about its wealth, this however can be a disaster and leave a negative mark if some basic facilities are overlooked during the games.I just wish that this should not be a disaster otherwise it would be shame for all Indians living overseas...

From the pictures i see on the TV of the stadiums during todays rains in delhi i can tell you only a miracle can help in getting the stadiums and other infrastructure ready. I FEEL THE GOVT SHOULD TAKE THE RAINS AS AN EXCUSE AND ASK FOR POSTPONEMENT OF THE GAMES BY ATLEAST 2 MONTHS.
