Sports secy tells Kalmadi to suspend officials
by Anand YNI on Aug 03, 2010 03:12 PM

What is actually the need of the hour is to disband the entire organising committee headed by the honorable thug Kalmadi (keep them under suspension pending further action lest they escape unpunished) and appoint an ad hoc committee headed by any honorable sportsperson (current or past).

There is no other way out to this corruption of monstrous proportion. In any case, poor Kalmadi is not the only person involved. There are others in the organising committee who will get their cut proportionate to their status. Stop all further payment to the contractors and suppliers till the whole affair is exposed to its barest.

Kalma can't do such things without the approval of MS and Madam, just like 3G scam. So share goes to every one.

Shame! Shame!
by J S on Aug 03, 2010 03:05 PM

When congress comes to power, corruption becomes a day-to-day affairs!! Shame on such a situation where India's proud as a Nation is involved. We are unable to organize CWG properly, forget about Olympics!! It is good for India to elect alternatively congress and some other party to rule. At least, that way nobody will get enough time to do monopoly!

Atrocious. this Kalmadi was defending this in his press conference and saying the treadmill rental is high becsuse it has service back - up for 2 months. Even if you had bought a new one it costs 4.75 lacs. Looting and robbing under our nose. No ethics no decorum
