Barcelona have an off-day!!
by Rizwan Khan on Apr 21, 2010 08:04 PM

Barcelona had an off-day and they lost with the help of a referee who gifted a off-side goal to inter. Still it is half-time! I still expect Barcelona to beat inter at home and get to the final. MEssi had a quiet game but will he have another quiet game???

I think Barcelona will beat inter 3-0 at home.

Is Messi still the worlds best now?
by sandeep kumar on Apr 21, 2010 05:19 PM  | Hide replies

EVery body in the media world for the last few months have been singing praises of Messi, but yesterday we saw that when confronted against a tight defence he is anonymous. Mourinho is the best strategic coach, and when Messi was up against John terry and carvalho last year in semis, he was anonymous as well. He may have scored freely against arsenals 2nd string defence, and teams like bilbao, sevilla etc, but hes yet to prove agains the worlds best and also playing for argentina. Rooney/Ronaldo are the worlds best, because they fights it out while Messi needs space to be given by meek defenders.
And dont even bring in Zidane, figo and Raul, they are miles better than the rest.

Yes MESSI is the worlds best player by a mile. every football manager says this, every true person who knows about football will tell you he is the best. I agree Zidane and Brazilian Ronaldo have been the best players of the last 20 years. But today it is MESSI. He is far far better than c.ronaldo and rooeny. please do not insult messi by comparing him to these players. Messi is the greatest player today.
He is the reigning world player of the year and will win it again next year.

If it was Messi on the receiving ebd, people would have been calling for a 2 match ban on Maicon. What Messi did night not be deliberate, but FIFA rules are rules. Flying elbows are a straight yello, and in case of a player losing his tooth, shoyld have been a RED for Messi....

am too big fan of manu but Morinho is simply best manager in football. He can do anything without any key player.

Which Ronaldo, Portuguese or Brazilian? Recently Barca and Messi overpowered Real in La Liga where C.Ronaldo plays. Ronaldinho was driven out of Barca for poor performance. Zidane is retired and Henry, Beckham are too old now.

x, please do not behave like xxx. have some decensy. If you think the other players whom you named are better then Messi, then say in dignified language, else it seems you are just introducing your own identity.
