he was a fantatic organiser and made the games truly modern. with the current IPL controversy the comparison that crosses our mind is inevitable. imagine some of our politicians and their cronies were to run olympics ???

May his soul rest in peace. He managed the Sydney 2000 olympics excellently even at his absence due to death of his wife.
