Lad, not Murtaza, his name is Muhammad Sohrab Mirza currently doing MBA in London. He is the son of a wealthy businessman in Hyderabad who owns a string of bakeries and restaurants in the city. He was said to be a decent chap well behaved and ok looking.
This Sania seems to have had a lot of earlier flames, actor Shahid Kapur, Telugu actor Navdeep and some others. That Shoiab had many, Indian model Sayali Bhagat and many Indian as well as Paki dames.
