Mr. X is right about BPL - It stands for Barclays Premier League, which is what you will find on their official website.

So think before you post anything about someone else.

Big clubs get benfit of doubt.

In the end money counts. All the leagues make sure that the big teams win, so that they can sell more tickets, more merchandise, more viewership, get bigger sponsorships. It's all about the money honey.

Stop this extra time non-sense!
by AJO PAUL on Sep 25, 2009 03:19 PM  | Hide replies

Why does'nt everyone realize that even manchester city got extra time, it wasn't for united alone. The difference was City was looking for saving the game, and united wanted to win it. The end says it all..

And there was no doubt which team was deserving to win in the end from the 2nd half. City should take pride in pushing United back to the wall..

Well said son. Our mentatlity is if we don't support any team, then that team should lose. And if they win then we find excuses like above. Let us be happy that we got to see one of the best games of all time. Every minute (especially second half) was thrilling. I have watched the highlights upteen number of times. But I am still still enjoying it everytime I see it. The crowd and their support and joy etc. is truly marvellous. It was a complete entertainment package. Long live the game of football.
