he was already thinking of finals before semis, as if cake walk in semis. big mistake. never underestimate an opponent. percept offer also distracted him at wrong time.

ur a looser in life thats y u still try to find fault . fit for nothing . let vijenders get sponcerships lets him earn in crores..its al bcos he is successful its a reward for his sweat and pain.

i agree with HARISH.after all his opponent was a previous world champ,how could one ever underestimate such an opponent. he got better of VIJENDER in second round scoring 5 points flat within a min. making vij look ordinary,its all because of Experience.there is a long WAY for VIJENDER TILL HE EARNS A GOLD!
He could have won the gold, but after the olympics he got carried away, and the media hype was following him, instead of practicing, he was mostly seen in the reality shows etc, with beautiful females around, that is necessary by mind should not get distracted, he should and can bring in more laurels to the country

u knw nothing about media and anyting which u have mentioned here . u talk as if u r a hero of this country and still magage to be successful. insted of pointing at him to bring laurels. y cant u do... ur a looser
India is perhaps one of the very few countries having a whole ministry dedicated to sports...yet our atheletes have achieved all they have not because of the govt...but in spite of it! Kudos to our athletes and brickbats for sports ministries for having duds working with them!
He is a great boxer and down to earth person as inspite of so much popularity and participation in lot of tv programms he has not let his performance affect it.
