Really Great for India. Both of them departed few years back but they maintained the winning tempo at international level with different partners. Apart from cricket, tennis is one of the game where these two fellows brightened the name of India.
Bhupati is little unlucky to get more credit as compare to Paes but we should not forget his contrubution to India tennis.

Though I'm not a big fan of cricket this idea of bashing cricketers for all the ails of non-performance in other sports is plain naivety. Cricket is a wonderful game with 3 versions from a 5 day marathon to a modern 3hours quickie. The game demands mental toughness, tactical plans, physical stamina and some athleticism. It doesn't matter if somebody in Hungary appreciate the game and our heroes or whatever. It is good game we as a nation are passionate we are good in playing we should look at getting better. On the development of other sports govt. should work on strategies for instance govt will invest on infrastructure while work out a framework for corporates to sponsor, develop teams/sports etc. Also make some modifications in schools and college curriculum to bring sports into it and not a extra-curricular activity. Then may be 2020 we can dream of some Olympic medals or respect in other sports for our nation. Bashing cricket is NOT going to get Olympic medals.
It is great to see these guys fight it out at an age when most would have taken to retirement and would be cruising on a holiday!! all the best to both the guys and may the best pair win!
most of time, paes dlouhy looked like goin to finals. but they dint capitalise until tiebreak ponts 5 to 7. only one time Bryans looked like emerging triumphant was when paes serving in third set. they were down 0-40 and paes fought back strongly saving the crucial break of serve.
Commentators loved paes playing. They mentioned about Indian tennis players like amitraj brothers and bhupathi and paes. But what i couldnt digest was the mention of sania among good players.

sania has certainly done the Indian tennis especially the women good by playing to her potential and strength.Before Sania nobody used to give a damn to the women tennis!! atleast now we have a crop of talented players emerging for the world to take notice!!

Good to see two Indians playing each other for the title. Let anybody (of the two) win, the title is with India. Both deserve to win. Good Luck to both of them and let us hope to see agrand finale....
