Somdev is another Sania in the making by the media. He is just hype. Nothing to be appreciated about losing 6/0 6/0 in the second round itself.

O halo guest To be competing in a group of 64 is some achievement. Don't you think so? And I do not agree that some hype is being created about Somdev.
Nadal perhaps, is not going to win this one, but all those who are assuming him to be over the hill, are in for a rude shock. He is going to go for the no. 1 spot really hard. Almost certainly, he is going to win at Paris next year, and will be a serious contender at Melbourne and Wimbledon. Even in this tournament, if he manages to reach the final, he will win against Federer.

What are you.. Astrologer Singh in short for A Singh..? Nadal wont clear the semis itself even if he reaches upto that, he would be facing Murray in the semis and Del potro in the quaters. So stop dreaming.

Hi Michael, You are the one who is making predictions, and not me. Look at my post again. It is punctuated with words like almost certainly, if, contender etc. This is not prediction. Read the last line again. 'If he manages to reach final' means that I do not expect him to reach the final. But you never know. Players like Cedric Pioline have reached GS finals, so why cann't Nadal? Best of luck with your predictions.
rafael nadal will rock this time. he is a great player not as great as federer but he is next "roger federer".he is my second favourite player after roger federer being first.
Great work Rafa, just take each match at a time, it doesn't matter even if you don't win this year, but the most important thing is not to stress those knees. I'd like to see you win next year again.
