Her ranking seems to me as funny. She is not her best in any court, she looks nervous all the time, service and movement in the court is not agile. Her body language tells, she wins either by chance or sheer luck.

Yeah WTA rankings are looking really weird. Somebody who is yet to win a gland slam singles is ranked 1 whereas somebody who won 3 slams this year (Australian, US, Wimbledon) is ranked 2.

According to me the Rankings are pretty okay...
Serena's claim that she has won Grand slams is of no use...There are only 4 grandslams..Hence it is illlogical if a player like serena plays well for 8 weeks in a year and doesn't do much in the remaining 44 weeks and says she has to be No.1....

The player who is the most consistent for majoritiy of the year should be the No.1...and i think the current rankings depict that to an extent.

Women's tennis ranking must be different than the men's. Even in grand slams women play only for best of 3 sets, same as in any other tournament, except that there are more participants in gs. Serena just seems to play much better in and the rating change wont be much even if its title win.

pointless rankings...as illogical as the duckworth lewis...how can she be no.1 without being having won any decent tournament...
