Sad to see the present standard of Windies cricket. They do have good talent as shown by T&T team in T20. If Windies cricket had maintained its status, Bolt would have been the present day Garner / Ambrose.

If your home country is Aus your comment makes sense( first sentence)...if from India, then the aura of your comment is misplaced. The Indians are themselves pathetic without the older players...the presnt WI team will give them the run for their money on pace friendly tracks...
many more fast legged west indies sportsmen like bolt choosing athletics and basketball over corrupted cricket in west indies......it is cricket world's loss as we are losing some of the quick legged west indian sportsmen to athletics and basketball
imagine the fastest man on the earth bowling to slowest shuffling batsmen that is indian batsmen......i think bolt can take all 10 indian wickets .with a score of 10/10.......all indian batsmen will make queue for dressing room in the face of super fast bowling from ussain bolt.......

it is team india's good luck and west indies bad luck that bolt wisely chose athletics to cricket....
West Indies were unbeaten in 1970's and won World Cups in 1975 & 1979 with ease. After 1979 World Cup, they have not won any major tournament. However they are winning all major Athletic events in 2000's. W.Indies Cricket falls after 1980's & Athletics rise in 2000's?
It was awfully nice of Mr.Bolt to participate in a cricket match. He should take care not to get injured. He owes it to the world to demonstrate the ultimate human capability to run fast.cricketers can get injured even by freak accidents.

Bolt is not a fool to take cricket seriously. World's fastest man is a genuine recoes unlike cricket where records are downgraded & any Dick & Harry can make a record.
