So what's the end result?? A lot of explaining done above without saying what actually is gonna happen....ultimately is there a 40 million or 60 million budget cap?? is there a budget cap at all?? what is the concorde agreement?? The person who has written the above report must have copied it from some foreign source without understanding a word or researching the contents. How many people have actually even heard of the Concorde agreement?? Far be it for most to understand!!! My guess is that a complicated solution has been formulated to solve a complicated problem.....of course, just by reading the above article, not many will understand what that is.......anyone care to explain what has been done and make everything clear?

well, if drivers don't matter at all, even my cook would be world champ!!! Well, they do matter, maybe not as much as they did in the early years, anyway definitely not as much as in motogp. Reuters:thanks for pointing that out. Again, taken word for word without editing a single line, proves my point. Cut, copy, paste.....well my cook may not become world champ....but this he can!!!
