Thotaka is a metre (beat) in Indian music which is very difficult to master. Hence the disciple of Adi Shankaracharya is called Thotakacharya who used this metre in his song. Tunga and Bhadra are tributaries of Tungabhadra river in Karnataka/Andhra. If you do not know Indian culture/names then don't bark.
