Nalbandian makes a habit of beating the very best - Federer & Nadal(alphabetical order only, please!)

When Nadal came in for the match, he knew this was the match to win! But boy, what fighting spirit! No wonder, Federer wilts under his onslaught now-a-days!

So it is tough out there. Our boys & only girl(Sania) may not have this all conquering attitude! Saina (yes,in badminton) should step-up!

Also, hats-off to giving the very best! Verdasco took Nadal to the full distance in Australian Open, sapping the latter of all energy. The winner had to face Roger in the final but the game had to be fought to the last, friendship in the back-burner! What a contrast to the Chinese when they fake injuries to give easy walk-overs if they play against each other. In the recent All England Badminton semi-finals, Chen withdrew after one set against eventual winner, Lin. They call it patriotism, sigh!

Indeed grateful that Chinese are not dominating all sports though it is a matter of time! Then we will have a different ball game! So enjoy these moments till they last!

This was a monumental choke by him today. The fact that he went from dominating Nadal to losing 6-0 in the third shows his mental state after that choke. It might take him a while to recover from this loss and God knows how much damage its done to his confidence.
But this match shows why Nalbandian has never and probably will never win a grand slam. He has a ton of talent but mentally very weak.

well,i think if someone has lost two prev matches to a player,n wins the third having almost lost it too, then he should be given deserved credit.i think u need to undermine the negativities of nalbe n appreciate rafa for his mental strength...n by the way, david's not the only player with mental blocks against nadal...so its not new.plus, tennis is a lot about mentally really tough.thats why nadal can win these battles, coz he's mentally tough.if u have not won a single match against a player like david n u are on the verge of losing this one too, also u r the number one,can put u under so much pressure.but nadal conquered it all.that is exactly y he's no.1 right now.else, federer is tactically always better than rafa.so,rafa deserves credit for winning this one,so give him.
