Riquelme is an elegant player who has a lazy or rather laid back, unhurried style who can thrive only when he becomes the prima donna, but put up a player of the combattive nature of Makelele,Mascherano or Essien against him , then neither style nor substance will be visible for long.

who is the author ? I don't agree too. Arg lost the match when Riquelme was substituted. He gives 100% on the pitch.
