Its great the Indian women's hockey team won the trophy. They are the true hope for gold medals in the next olympics and men's hockey has to learn from them. Men's game is more of individualism and less of team game making them easy target for foreign greats like Nertherlands, Germany, etc.

Which world you are? Champions trophy includes top 6 nations of the world. Champions challenge I includes nations ranked 7-12. This is the third tier tournament. If information is right Indian women are ranked 13th. Hence they justified the billing. That's all. Men are playing already in Challenge-I
Well done girls on winning a world level tournament. Now come home where no one will notice you as people will be busy discussing losing cricket team. Your award checks will bounce and when you will cry in front of media they will bring in an "exclusive news" related to this which will ensure sports minister and hockey federation assuring prompt action. Finally in a year or two you will be married offf and cooking food for your husband and kids. Pity but true.
it's great watching girls winning a big tournament in HOCKEY,after a splendid performance by INDIAN WOMEN in cricket T20,wen they reached semi finals.All my salutes 2 these girls.
