Both Butia and MB Officilals were wrong in thier steps.Anjan Mitra is overdoing and Bhutia is showing opportunist mentality to show the interest to join in Eastbengal whereas few years back he had said that he is never going to play for eastbengal. When boths are wrong what we can do?
We talk about our history all the time about our great culture. But none follow it & make fun of foreigners. Here u see Football, cricket full of politics..Indians are there own enemies & happens only in our race. Why? sad isn't it
In India, club cuture is not as matured as international level. Thats why we have people (read Anjan Mitra and Vijay Malaya) who has money throw their power around. They have big egos and no geniune interest in sports. Baichung Bhutia and Rahul Dravid are thorough gentleman. Very modest. But their conduct speaks for them. while see anjan Mitra. This man has lost dignity. And yes, in reality though they may err sometime, Rahul Dravid and Baichung Bhutia are bigger then clubs. Its ridiculous to see at which level these people come. Anjan Mitra said his hands were shivering while signing so called show cause notice to Bhutia. And then when he is suspended for 6 months, its been indiacated that only Anjan Mitra can initiate steps back. They are forcing Bhutia to fall at his feet. It is very humiliating. Bhutia - don't do this. Neither bhutia nor the situation deserve this. Anjan Mitra - this man needs to be booed and kicked off for sack of game itself. And where is sports ministry? Suresh Kalmadi? They should not wait for somebody to approach them and intervene. Some people are blessed and has such talent in sports. You should not let it die. For sack of Biachung's career and motivation to all fellow players.

Rahul Dravid, a thorough gentleman??? Thank you! Why unnecessarily bring his name when talking about Baichung? Rahul Dravid put on a typical good boy face (like most southies) and is excellent in stabbing people (read, Sourav Ganguly) from the back, another typical quality of a southie!

This is what is typically Indians...a bunch of losers get on board and start commenting on a stalwart like Dravid and what his intentions were and what he did as if they knew more than him, very much like what is going on now between dhoni and sehwag...everybody seems to know more about them than they themselves.
is not greater than the club itself (hypothetically agreed, in reality he is) but then MOhunbagan isn't bigger than the game itself...Anjan Mitra needs a lesson....Baichung will teach him so... Thanx Baichung fan since he was 17

But Baichung only showed he was trying to be greater than football when he was skipping the practice sessions and the matches ... for him the dancing reality show was of more importance than football which shoulf have been his priority .... Its a sad situation ... for all ... for MB, for Baiching and for football ... but rules should be followed ... nobody is abovbe the rules ... not even Baichung ...
