Only a marathi can write a racial complaint on a news item for sports!

So much for their intelligence.

Because what we are talking about here is a list of those players who at some point in their careers were strong favourites to win the French Open due to their strong clay court form at that time.
As we all know Edberg, Sampras, Becker and even Mckenroe were never known as specialists of clay and never even considered as favourites to win at Roland Garros. Hence the ommission

duh? they wtf is federer mentioned as automatically qualifies in the list. He is no clay specialist either but we expect him to win. So was sampras. The author of this article started following tennis since last night. Damn him.

I bet roger cant win he is not the best.Nadal is the best at 23 nadal won six slams and at same age Fedex won only one.So you can easily come out of dream. This year french open winner wil be gonsalvez or soldering.

Has won all the three majors but agonisingly lost to Chang in a five setter in 1989. The best gentleman the tennis world has ever seen. Infact the sportsmanship award is named after him.

Agassi did not lose in the 91 and 92 French open finals......
by Bhasmasur Rakshasa on Jun 04, 2009 01:31 PM

Rather, he lost in the 1990 and 1991 finals...in 1990, he lost to Andrez Gomez in 4 sets and in 1991, he lost to compatriot Jim Courier in 5 sets...

1992 final was contested between Jim Courier and Petr Korda which Courier won in straight sets........

Roger Federer is the modern day Borg. Cool, excellent temperment and can rip through any rivals, beit grass, artificial or clay. I pray he bags this one for his would be new born baby. After marriage it would be icing on his tennis career. I and so his million fans would like to se him hold on to the French Open. May all tennis students inherit this man qualities as a player on and off the court. I have not see Borg play but I can now picture what he was.
