Its gonna be Federer this time...
by ashish walia on Jun 01, 2009 05:46 PM

I think its gonna be federer winning this year and achieving a feat of winning all four grand slams.

He has changed his approach according to clay court conditions and is looking all set to win here. All the best roger.....waiting for you to hold the trophy.

Nadal is a great ambassodar of sport. He is more gracious in defeat. Roger Federer sobbed and wept like a stupid when he lost wimbledon spoiling the party of the victorious.

Rafa greater than roger
by bala jee on Jun 01, 2009 05:17 PM

It will be really heartbreaking to see roger federer winning 2009 french open. In case of rafa not being the eventual champion, I would like to see a french player lifting this yrs championship. I think it shld be tsonga who is still in the contention. Federer and federer's fans should realise that all the grand slams he'd won (sure shot he is not gng to win anymore)without any competition from the opposite end. Whereas in sampras's era he'd great amount of competiton. Rafa at the same time came to the International tennis arena and screwed roger federer's happiness in all the courts apart from US open which is on the cards.
Rafa's loss in french open will only make min to win all the 2 championships(wimbledon and us open) left this yr.
So I can jizz on all the roger federer's fans face and say its time up for roger and its better he starts taking care of his pregnant wife (swiss buffalo)and start winning all the championships in Housekeeping and babysitting .
Bye Bye roger.

It was truly a good tennis match to watch
by sr nish on Jun 01, 2009 05:00 PM

It was a perfect tennis match on Sunday evening as it started around 6.pm and match ended around 9.30pm, i was just engrossed to TV with snaks and drink........,, "Robin Soderlink" did every thing right to beat the world NO.1 and king of clay court, his powerful serve and approach to the net was remarkable. I am a Tennis player and watching soderlink playing the power game and forcing Nadal all the time defensive was treat to watch. Hope every one expected Nadal will come back now, but Robin never allowed that, it's purely a bad day for Nadal where he didn't play good tennis and it's Soderlink day , his ground shots with lethal power managend to hit the right place through out the match execpt few........., L.SRINVAS - Hyderabad

Roger has beaten R.Soderling : 6-1, 7-5
Roger has beaten A.Roddick : 7-5, 6-7, 6-1

solderling solders nadal
by mg on Jun 01, 2009 04:05 PM  | Hide replies

congrats for solderling on soldering nadal to his defeat. nadal was over-confident player unlike federer and nadal is much younger to federer. so once nadal mature and gains experience he will become strong like a great tennis player.

You can say "Sher hua maand mein dher". Age will decrease Nadal's speed, stamina and strength. He has 2-3 years more to win some more titles. After 25 it will be hard for him to win except clay.
