sampras says fedex can win 17 to 19 grand slam titles...... but he is capacity for more than 20 GS singles titles. in six years he won 14 titles and if he plays for another four years, another 8 or 9 titles. all these should make it 23 or 24 GS titles.
Whatever Sampras, mcenroe, roddick, soderling or any one may claim Federer is the greatest, still I've not agreed on it. So when I agree roger is the greatest then he becomes the greates.

Roger Federer is only a good player and cannot be considered among the greats. When Pete Sampras played he played against all time Tennis greats like Boris Becker, Evan Ledl, Stephan Edberg, Andre Agassi, Jim Courier, Pat Rafter, Goran Ivanesevic etc who were all Grand Slam winner. Federer always played agains minnows and only times he came across a grand slam winners were against Rafael Nadal (who beat him in finals) and Lewton Hewit. A player becomes the best only when played against the best. But yes Federer is good for his time.

Great joke, fedex first beat sampras in his peak,agassi in slam,safin,hewitt. in sampras time others have chance to grab the slams. but in fedex period he didn't give chance to others. roddick,djokovic,safin,hewitt,devdynko and philipousis all have the capability of winning more than once
