I would like to see SAHARA or any other Indian business approached for such a deal to say NO NO NO. Tata invested heavily in Jaguar motors in UK, overbidding and overpaying the price. Just look where the Jaguar production is today!! The factory has reduced production and had to lay off staff - while UK ministers bail out plagued banks, no real interest has ever or will be shown to safeguard investments by overseas companies who have come to their rescues. Business modules like Man United and English Premier League are over hyped and not worth it - this money can and should be better spent improving Football and other sports within India. God bless India
It is goint to be very big deal for sahara. It may go beyond $200mn mark. But seeing the present market condition, it may be difficult to arrange for such hugh sum, when Sahara is shriking its plans and business.

What ROI Sahara will get when ManU will wear Sahara TShirts in their games in UK and Europe ? And if $100 Million Deal was before 4 years, what it must be now ? $175 Million.
Will be a shame if these guys sponsor a MANU shirt. Give that money to better the cause of Indian football so that we would be remain at least at the top of SAARC football nations!

BULL SHIT WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO THE PLAYERS TO PLAY WELL. ALL THE CORRUPTED IDIOTS WILL COME FORWARD TO EAT THE MONEY & OUR TEAM WILL ONLY REMAIN AT THE LAST PLACE IN THE LISTINGS!!!!
IF our corporates have enough suggest use them to uplift slum dwellers llife to ensure hollywood make movies on "India shining" & not about slumdogs.Even our politicians illgotten wealth which infact belongs to each & every citizen of India can be put to use

Ok,so you dont have a problem with sahara sponsoring the Indian creeekat team but have an issue when it is in talks to do the same with arguably the greatest club ever.Hypocrisy at its best!!!..On a side note I would like to add that Private conglomerates, in no way ,are obliged to uplift slum dwellers. It is the domain of our 'fantastic' government alone.
By the way I honestly cant see the deal going through as much as I would like it to. I mean how are sahara gonna benefit when they dont have a hold in the UK market??
