RONALDO doesnt hav the biggest attribute the so called greatest players had. thats the big match temprament. messi has that following his predecessors like original ronaldo, zizou, henry, maradona, cryuff.
no wonder sandeep.. manu fans r so delusional and short sighted.
and for ur kind information. messi is the best playa in the world followed by kaka and then maybe ronaldo. probably arshavin or a schneider are better than ronaldo.

not only that R7 chokes when facing quality fullbacks or even ones with pace. see him play aginst cole, clichy, sagna and even eboure. this week u'll see him against bosingwa and cole. judge for urself

I am a big Man Utd fan and I will tell you my own opinion. Ronaldo was at the best possible form the previous season but he has failed to deliver upto the expectations that everyone had from him after the amazing run of form. To compare Ronaldo with Messi would not be fair because Messi is more of a striker who is asked to play the role of a winger at times while Ronaldo is a winger who takes on the mantle of a striker whenever possible. So their primary tasks are different. Moreover, Barca are in one hell of a position and form this year and every single player on the squad is playing better than many of their counterparts in any part of the world. To perform in such a team is not that difficult, though I am not trying to take anything away from Messi. I am just trying to say that Ronaldo deserves a little more respect because of his past performances(though you may not consider him in the league of zizou or henry or maradona or Figo,the original no. 7 of Portugal). And Messi is definitely the one shining star that every football club would like to have. Mr. Fergusson, are you listening?
