India won international match in Hockey, but rediff busy in checking that how the city Christchurch looks, where Indian Cricket team is going to play its 20-20 match.
No douth..we played well and deserved to be victorious and we are a better side than New zealand. But at the same time we have to accept that our present side is capable enough for a place somewhere between teams like New Zealand, Argentina, and Pakistan. Present teams skills will be on test when it will battle with South Korea and England. But surely we can't produce a hard time for teams like Germany, Holland, Australia and Spain. So we are nowhere in top 4 but can look after 5/6 position with current team. Fresh talent as a backup of some seniors is required badly. but I am more than happy with current performance specially what had happened during KPS Gill tenure. Keep it up and continue to look after the area's of improvement:-)
If we continue to win matches n improve ourselves with every match we will surely rediscover our lost magicians in hockey oneday.we won 8 golds at olympic and 6 of them were consecutive and we hope that our hockey heroes have embarked on a journey of redemption.Lets Defeat australia now.
