It cannot be 4 groups of eight - it has to be 8 groups of 4 teams each. There are 4 pots only and 8 seeds.

Good they should be drawn with:-
Ivory coast
Argentina
Holland.

by the way argentina and holland cant be in same group and ivory coast dont deserve such tough draw as they got one last time also
