superhuman effort is usually related to some or the other form of steriods. Look at Carl Lewis - the so called cleanest athelete ever. He is wheel chair bound due to severe arthritis - a clear indication of long term steroid intake. CHeats are finding out better and better techniques to aviod detection of steroid intake

it appears he was born feet first. it is said such persons rule earth. as a small child, his mother must have had tough time trying to catch him. great achievement bolt, we are indeed privilaged to see you in action.
Its really amazing how a small country, which is no larger than our Himachal pradesh can produce such great athletes like Usain bolt, Asafa powel and many more woman athletes.
Usain is the greatest athlete of all times...coz' he achieves what others think as unachievable...
I will go one step ahead of you and claim that Usain is the greatest ever 100 and 200 m dasher the world has ever produced. Before him, people used to better existing records by say, a few hundredths of a second. Usain is making mincemeat of his own records and that too by tenths of a second. That's one order higher. He is awesome.
