A foreign coach is definetely needed as they are well versed with modern hockey. Someone like Maurits Hendricks ( from Holland ) who worked wonders with the Spanish Hockey team would be the best choice. IOA & FIH are working in co-ordination to improve Indian hockey, unlike Gill who was opposing FIH for no damn reason. India will be back at the top in a few years. CHAK DE INDIA
