My best wishes to force india, may you face gear box, transmission, tires and fuelling problems. And I hope you continue what you do best i.e. Do not even complete the race. Allah uh Akbar
Lets Put our hands together and give the best blessings to our dear INDIAN TEAM to grab a point when others are confused with rain and driving in the night ...
It surprises me how green -insensitive car racing drivers would be? Burning so much fuel just for fun? And, now night car racing..means wasting another energy form too? Yakk... Or, these cars run on some alternate fuel I am unaware of..:) Sorry crazy junta...but have never been able to watch this wasteful exercise to the end....

Yes, it is a sheer waste of resources. What is the use of this? Can anyone practically drive like that in normal conditionss? What do they prove? Should we continue these kinds of fancy games? The whole world talks about going green but why can't we do something about this!

Hi Ranjan, I can understand your feelings. I am a great fan of F1 but at the same time I try to be eco friendly in what ever I do. I am now confused, should I still continue to be F1 fan or be eco friendly and stop watching F1 :-)

There are more critical issues than those mentioned by you. F1 is also inventing heavily in regenerative energy consumption and you would find such inventions on road cars soon.

thanks racing for india.. its another innovation that is not necessarily f1, but from passenger cars called kers.
anyway, f1 also helps a lot of new techs to be adapted in passenger cars.

I have been watching F1 for the last 10 years but I don't see F1 doing any contribution to the road cars. It is just used as a brand promotion exercise and have fun with pit babes. But I love the sport and it's unpredictable nature. Unlike other sports you have to be focused for 1.5 hours, wink your eye for more than fraction of a second and the driver will hit the barriers. The funny thing is that Honda does not have sponsors on it's car and they have myearthdreams.com which promotes eco friendliness.

the kers is an electronic form of the flywheel which existed much before the modern f1 cars... now they are using kers to generate power into batteries and use them as boost to help overtaking... another beautiful technology..
Storm drains and guttering gushed , what is that supposed to mean? Rediff improve the quality of your articles or at least teach your writers proper english.

Guttering is the pipe that goes on the edge of the roof and ends in the drainpipes. This sentence is perfect. Just search the word guttering in google images

next time we'll keep a short cut for hamilton from start to finish so that he can drive in that while others use the race track

ferrari is a pathetic team.. they always bend rules... dont they ? earlier it was on alonso now its on lewis.. they cant stand a mclaren victory...so innovate penalties and bend fia... its like BCCI bending ICC...
