Firstly congratulations to Saina for putting up a great show and making the country proud. We back you fully and hope to see many more successes. To bad she was a little unlucky in Olympics, else she did show her potential to win a medal.
There is some good coverage on her, but I appeal to the media to provide more coverage to her and her achievements. Similarly other excellent sportsspersons such as Vish Anand who probably is india's greatest sportsman for being in the top level for more than a decade - It is a commendable achievement. Leander Paes for winning more than 8 grand slams.
Also the three olympic medalists but also some of the quarter finalists who did India proud.
I do not have a problem with cricket and cricketers, infact I follow it ardently, but wish the media and govt.. also focusses on these other sports and sportsperson. That will ensure that they have visibility and exposure and the common man also gets attracted to other sports.
