this is not throwing tantrums. This is the ruthlessness that a seasoned businessman brings ... no place of useless emotions. The best business houses in US are so successful because the bosses are very ruthless. Unfortunately for an ordinary Indian, getting emotional is almost like a passtime

i dont look at it that way. if you have talent, you will be recognized. It might take additonal effort for a colored guy. Look at some many startups from indians. All were funded by us VCs. Look at India, here caste, region come first.

Dude all mangaloreans are not alike.. and he was mangalorean but brought up not as mangalorean.. Mangaloreans are cool and calm... It is a fact that mangalore is now boiling up with communal riots..But there are people who is misusing the people for their own advantages..
