Leander you have always made us proud at the international level where nobody knows the cricketing billionaires but are very well aware of the Paes, Bhupatis, Amritraj and Krishnans. Cricket is a world game played by 6 countries! hope the Indians wake up to this realization!

unfortunately nobody in the west watches mixed doubles, unless some strong singles player is involved.

If there is no interest than why are they hosting mixed doubles at the grand slam. Did you see the attendance for yesterdays match?
To my rememberance, except for Ramanathan Krishnan, no body brought so much laurels for our country in Tennis as much as Leander Paes. Even Vijay Amritraj pales in comparision. Poor Fellow, he is haunted because of politics. Leander appears to demand as much dedication and commitment from his colleagues as much as he is. That is not liked by others and the problem sets in.

Ladies semifinal then the mens doubles final then the 2nd ladies semifinal...starting at 8.30PM IST....
There is no question of retirement. This tirelessjewel of India should continue for ever. We cannot replace this great sportsman. He is the greatest athlete we ever produced and I see nobody to replace him in eons to come.
You deserve tobe the number once ace star of india, Please produce many more players like you whom India can feel proud, Please don't care about Mahesh or any other ,u have the capability and you are showing it to India, please go on
