If federer and nadal are playing on the opposite sides of the court in the finals, what a sight and joy it would be.....the 2 best players slugging it out against each other.....however, federer has a big hurdle to cross, named djoker......who is lethal on hardcourts......infact, don't be surprised if you see a nadal-djoker final.......if that is the case though.....i would put my money on djoker......because his attacking game is just too imposing.......

YES IT IS.....u got that right.....well anyone will be able to get what i meant by writing djoker.....what's with you.....

My posts show I am blind fan of Federer. But you all think wrong I am also big fan of Nadal. Nadal is number 1 currently and also he is playing better than Federer no doubt. But I am strongly against on those guys who says Nadal is better than Federer ever. In U S Open both Nadal and Federer are struggling but managing their victory.
Murray has 50% chance to beat both. But class is class. If they play 80% in form they can beat easily Djokovic and Murray.

there is no talk of nadal being better than federer ever....infact whosoever feels this is not having his mind in the right place....but the fact is, when u look at both of them play currently.....nadal is a better player than federer and a part of it lies in the confidence that nadal has at the moment.
Novak Djokovic looks the most composed and steady of them all.....the way he took out Roddick in 4 sets was impressive to say the least......it should be Djokovic vs Murray with Djokovic overpowering Murray....but Murray has a great future and should definitely win a few Grand slam titles....btw, what ever happened to Llyeton Hewitt?? Burned out or simply lost the drive to achive success on the big stage???? Ditto for Nalbandian and Safin too....

Murray has 50 percent chance to beat both Federer and Nadal. But I don't think Djocovic can beat Nadal or Federer with current form.

Have you seen the performace of Nadal, Federer, Djocovic and A.murray till now.
In Wimbledon you were seeing the Djocovic as a winner. What happen?
Don't go on records and statistics. Federer on with 80% of his form is better than Djocovic. Murray has 50 percent chance to beat both Federer and Nadal.
Now Nadal is number 1. Let see one more final Nadal vs Federer. I want to see "Can Nadal is capable of holding the pressure of expectation, media and maintaining his number 1 place?". Federer has proved himself and Nadal still to prove.
Re: For all tennis fans......

Nadal has already proved he can match best in the world or every can play better. Nadal has to sustain this for significant period to be among legends of the game. I think this is want you want say... right.

If this time again Nadal vs Federer happen, Federer will have less pressure because Nadal will be favorite. So I see greater chances of Federer than Nadal. Nadal can't maintain his number 1 position for long time. He is mentally not strong like Federer.

You must be joking. Your statement that Nadal is not strong mentally probably need another look. Its Federer who is mentally weak against Nadal.....!
Re: will bounce back

u r right manoj. Nadal takes no player/no point lightly. He play every point as if point of his life. So carefully...So unfazed... That's 'one'of the reason for his less unforced error.
Re: will bounce back

Federer is favorite for most of the 12 grad slams he won. So more pressure on him and still he won? He is favourite in wimbledon 2008, still he lost? He is not favourite in french. Still he lost?

If both of them reach finals, Nadal will retain No 1 title by a significant margin, no matter whoever wins
The final will be between Federer Vs Nadal and Federer will have to play out of his skin to beat the marauding spaniard. I wish all the very best for Federer and hope that he lifts his 13th grand slam crown.

It seems you don't understand tennis very well or you have not been watching the tennis of late...
Murray is a better player than Nadal on hard courts and Djokovic is at the top of his form and mental ftiness...to beat roddick in front of an American crowd in 4 sets takes a lot of doing..
Murray will take out Nadal in 4 sets/5 sets and Djokovic will edge out Federer..
Final : Djokovic vs Murray(repeat of Cincinatti) But the result would be different than what it was in Cincinatti...this time Djokovic will beat Murray and win the US open crown..
Hail Handsome Djokovic.....the new superstar of world Tennis!!
Re: Federer Vs Nadal

i agree with you...if federer and nadal reach the finals...then federer will have to play one of his very best games to stop the bull named rafa nadal...who is playing so well....but if there is any one who can lift his game, not just a few notches but several notches higher, it's federer...
This is an out of form Federer. In spite of being beaten by practically everyone this year, and totally off rhythm and form, when it comes ton Grand Slams he is somehow able to survive. Semi finals in Australian Open and now in US Open and finals of French and Wimbledon. For a lesser player than Federer this would be considered as a fantastic year. For Federer this is considered a very bad year. That is the difference between a Champion and an ordinary player. As Federer himself put it, he is paying the price of creating a monster for himself. All the best Mr.Federer. Hope you win the US Open and salvage your season at least a bit. Even if you do not win, you will always be considered a great Champion. What a bad year you have had! Congratulations on your reaching the 18th consecutive Grandslam Semi-finals!

He is the greatest player in the open era......I just hope he beats Sampras' record of 14 grand slam titles cos he is more deserving to hold that record...Sampras was great but Federer is a genius...
