Even though Leander has made the country proud over the decades, unfortunately Mahesh and Co doesn't seem to be happy with Leander AFA Davis Cup is concerned, its high time that they sort out their differences and play as a tough unit in future.
A true & dedicated Indian, A true & dedicated player, Yes leander that is what you are and I pray for your success & hope you make a Double in the Doubles!!!!
Lee you have made us Indians proud. You have also proved we Indians did not give you the respect you deserve. You have defied age and adversities / mud thrown at you by countrymen like Dada. Salute you although you may not get ADs like Sania or agencies like Hesh.
We have heard of Vijay Amritraj being the perfect gentlemen during 80's. I strongly believe that Paes is a perfect gentleman on and off the court in the international arena. I had an opportunity to meet him couple of times at the US open along with my family. He was very friendly, cordial and respectful to elders. I am really surprised Mahesh and Paes do not get along well. I guess gone are the days where the put the country first. Bottomline is Leander is talented and well known in the international arena and respected well. India has talent but do not have the resources to support them or money to spend on sporting activities except cricket.
its a shame hat all the indians are clicking in doubles. sania was the only one who made something in singles. later she too perished. hope v get a great player in the near future.

please tell me what Sania made something in Singles? 4th round in 1 grandslam is achieved alot?
Olympic Bronze medal in singles by Paes is nothing?
Sania is loser when u compare with Paes, she never concentrated on game when she got super Hype from Media... now also she is busy with functions and parties...

Hi Coward Anand.. did you have the guts to take any sport as a career option.. Can you tell me in which field you are shining... forget about known in your state.. are you known to people in your area? Indians have physical and economical limitations.... this is changing now.. understand that it is changing because of people like paes.. learn to appreciate....
