there was funny off-board tactics going on between anand n kramnik before game started. Anand and his close friend magnus carlsen who btw is the next big thing in chess somehow made a rumour tht carlsen would be anand's second,i.e, helping him, which ofcourse was never true. Nice tactics. Its like zaeer khan digging in at aussies saying he has never seen such a weak aus team, and tht they were unable to get him n bhajji out. It sure makes an impact on opponent. lolz, i liked anands preparation, though i wish he had done same vs kasparov, who is a big time psychological player like aussies.
Anand has been playing chess for over twenty years, he is a spent force now. Let us give a chance to younger players like parimarjan negi and tania sachdev

this fool doesn't have even a slight knowledge of the game and he is posting such messages... these are the kind of idiots we see evrywhere on blog specially on cricket message boards demanding retirement of one or the other cricketer.... this idiot should go and see what chess is all about...

Ram Alegavi is only expressing his opinion. Show some mercy on his ignorance. Meanwhile let us wish Mr. V. Anand all the best and let us hope he will become No. 1 again. May God bless him.

Dear Ram Alegavi - my sincere advice, if you do not know the subject, then do not open or write anything on it for you will recieve more brick bats that you expected. Understand and assimilate the subject before you think to write.

this is not a team game, whr chance is given or any biasness in selecting player. anand is the world champion and defending his title here. if negi or tania has the game then no one can stop them. i wish better future for them. but, why dont u mention sasikiran, harikrishna or humpy name.. as they r the next contendor. both negi and tania r frm delhi..

you stupid fool..what do you mean by "Let us give a chance to younger players like parimarjan negi and tania sachdev "
YOu mean to say that you declared Anand as world champ and now you want to declare Negi as world champ.. ?
I think if you dont know anything about the game, then better shut up.
Its an anticipated beginning for the World Championship. And lot can be expected from our Vishy w.r.t novelties, surprises etc. Infact he may surprise Kramnik with the opening choice itself...an excellent treat to all chess lovers is sure for the taking...and all the very best to our lad!
