Maradona has a strong personality that can never be changed ... he is what he is and wants his way only...... As a player he is the greatest no doubt as a coach he could be different......... the only obstacle to his success is his own talents .. he did not need tactics and coaches when he played and did all he wants in the field other players will not be able to match his talent............ he is like that we can expect dictatorship from a coach as well ..... This can result in both success and failure because Maradona has great imagination and if it works then no one can stop him from the victory

But isn't it ridiculous that one more contriversy is taking shape around Maradona.. It is a pity to see such great player being included in unwanted contriversies... Exactly..He's lost his reputation ages back. There are far more intelligent coaches like hiddink,cappello,etc..who know the coching setup inside out
