Regarding the mgmt in IT companies,, some of the companies like Globallogic have absolutely trash mgmt..The mgmt was talking about doubling the headcount..for that it was hiring at rate of knots till september end ..however since diwali, it has fired over 300 people citing difficult economic conditions.. if the the project pipeline was so poor, why the hell were those idiots doubling the headcount..instead of employees, the mgmt should be fired first..

Right now we donot have a good Indian driver except Naren. He is also not up to the world class level. If you people think that the company should place their own country man in drivers seat then Ferari must place only Italian drivers. So climing for indina drivers for 4s india is meaningless.

even if u bring michael schumacher to force india... this car is going to finish last until n unless all the cars dont meet an accident in between.... if we dont give experience to our guys then how do you xpect other company's givin our drivers an opportunity
Force india... you are def going to end up last better take my advice instead of Mclaren.... LET INDIANS DRIVE YOUR CAR... atleast that will makeF1 more interesting
