The poor guy will soon be forgotten and he will be fending for himself for money and good quality food for his preparation.
TOI reported he is spending money from his own pocket for his preparations for Olympics.
And if/when he wins a tournament the IOA babus will be taking photographs with him in media and giving interviews on his behalf.
Tragic ever-repeating story of Indian sports.
Good luck Vijender.

Very Corect and the laalchi media will run behind cricketeers and bollywood.Even page three parties are more important than giving any other sport its due.Our participation in Olympics is more for the babus to have a trip and then blame the athletes for poor porformance if we fail to get a medal. If we win a medal all the oficials will scamper to hog the limelite. Its a pity that Indian sports is governed by politicialns and babus.I wish the IOA does not allot the games to India unless we raise our standards of coaching and facilities for the sportsmen.

Don't worry, he will apply his skills on those babus as well. Tendulkar has recently purchased a bunglaw worh Rs. 35 crores. Why can't we watch these good boxers too on TV sometimes instead of glueing to TV for cricket all the time.
