Ronaldinho was skilful and good to watch, but he was not mentally tough and not a big match player. He usually faded away in big matches. Even in that Champions League final against Arsenal, which Barca won, he had a forgettable outing. His best is over, there won't be too many big clubs wanting him now.

hi sengupta.

uve got it totally wrong. hes definitely a big match player. yes, he didnt make much of an impact in the champs league final against arsenal, but he is human. havent u seen him perform against chelsea consistently, against ac milan..real madrid...i totally disagree with ur conclusion. if ur a cristiano ronaldo fan...i have nothing to say. coz he definitelt never performs against arsenal, chelsea or liverpool..in the recent past..against barcelona. he still has a looooooooong way to go...

He has never performed against Real Madrid, Barcelona's biggest rivals. In fact, his record against Madrid isn't good at all.

His performance in the Champs' League final was bad, and add to that his showings in the World Cup as well, which was not as big as expected.

But Ronaldinho is a fantastic footballer, someone who can create magic with a ball at his feat.

He is the only Barcelona player who received standing ovation from 90000 Real Madrid supporters when Barcelona beat Real Madrid 3-0 in Nou Camp(2005). This is testmony to the fact that he is a great player and definitely a big match player contrary to the naive thoughts shared above. He is currently struggling with fitness and may not be at his best again but nobody in his right frame of mind can say that he was not a great player. Idiots.

He has never performed against Real Madrid?????
Did u see the match b/w these 2 giants at madrid's home two seasons bak...Two solo efforts from Ronaldinho sealed the match in Barcas favour...Moreover he got standing ovation frm Madrid supporters...
After Cryuff that was the fantastic effort from any Barca player against Madrid....
