Well if he favours a particular sport over the other you should not have a problem. Besides, since when did this country become your paternal property???

People of Mizoram never give chance to non-mizo. Non Mizos are treated as foreigners in mizoram. Should they be given opportunities outside mizoram. Well....!!!!!
There's a famous saying "As you sow so shall you reap"

Well, it's the problem of most of the states in India. Ever stayed in Bihar? They too dont like outsiders although now, when most of their folks are trying to get jobs outsides, they cry foul when other states do the same things to their folks what they do to others in Bihar.

Great Britain colonized India 1693 to 1947. India gets independence and go right around and colonize Mizoram, leaving Mizos feeling a sense of Xenophobia. People like Alpana go to Mizoram and get a taste of India's medicine and sow what her country has reaped. She now wants to make the situation worse by not giving Mizos opportunities outside their state. Hope people like Alpana never become one of our leaders.

There are some odd people who watch football even if there is a IPL match
by Gopakumar N on May 14, 2008 02:29 PM

There are some odd people who watch football even if there is a IPL match. No one can kill football in this country by money power and muscle power in cricket.

People from North East is really talented footballers. It is nice to see that the whole state supports football. We are game!!!

Great! Football is making a comeback
by Anirban Dasgupta on May 14, 2008 01:41 PM  | Hide replies

It was great to know that people of Mizoram have a great liking for football. People of North-east for great music and sports lovers. Had we given them more opportunities they would have surely shined in various fields. If I am not mistaken Manipur had stood second in the medals tally in the last National Games. But our politicians are busy to appease only one state - Jammu & Kashmir which gives the whole country only one thing - Terrorits.

Mr. Dasgupta have you ever gone to Jammu & Kashmir. Please go and stay in any village of Kashmir and then make any comment.
It is always easy to make comments without knowing the reality. I have stayed there in a village in Doda district for 23 days. I know the reality.
