Yes you are correct; Form is temporary while the Class is permanent. Federer may be in the poor form but certainly his Class is much much higher than those others. He proved his class in the past and will prove it again the future. Come on Roger, you can/will will many more trophies!!!!

Of late Federer has been been pretty arrogant about his success.

Sports is a great leveller. Hopefully he will learn from this and make ammends. I am big fan of his.

Federer is highly apreciated for his humbleness and keeping head on his shoulder. He is one of the most down to earth player.

Umesh couple of examples of him being arrogant will definetly help to prove your case.

Also you do know that it is not compulsory to write a comment.........right ?

I would disagree with you. It seems you have never seen him playing.
Federer is one player I believe who does not show arrogance on field (unlike Nadal and the great McEnroe). He is so calm and composed even when losing points, hardly any other tennis player can match. That is the reason he is No.1 for so many years - he has learned to control the self thereby taking control over the game. He is a class, and answers with his raquet rather than emotions or words. Indeed he is very gracious in defeat.

Its not arrogance you dud. 12 Grand Slams by the age of 26 is no mean task. In these days of extreme competition, even a single GS title can go to players heads. Roger is down to earth even after 12 GS. Your comment is apt for single GS nothings like Andy Roddick.

This year, Roger is just reeling under the pressure of the 14 GS record breaking threshold. It is just weighing too heavily in his mind. It shows in his body language and energy level. He lacks his earlier sharpness. Anticipation skills have reduced. And his movements are sluggish.

His overall game is not suitable for the slow clay turfs. But still he has managed to win many titles on clay, and has reached many finals. That speaks about his greatness. So, its ignorance to call Roger as arrogant.

Either you dont know the meaning of Arrogance OR you know nothing about Roger Federer. Both ON and OFF the tennis court, Roger Federer is widely respected by so many millions of people for his tenderness, for his respectful talks, for his humbleness, for his good manners/attitude, for his down-to-earth kindness, for his sportsmenship, etc. Even in his defeats, Roger Federer never fails to appreciate the opponent player's performance and this is what made even other players to respect him a lot; ( here I dont mean about those players who talks so proudly even after winning only one match against Federer and claiming that they are TOP of the world (ex.Djokovic, Murray) ). People like you (Umesh Shah) tend to find fault with great persons like Roger Federer; hi , nobody in this world is 100% perfect but certainly Roger Federer is not so arrogant as you mentioned. You forget, how Roger Federer mixed with poor people in the Tsunami affected oastal areas in INdia when he visited India first time; Roger talked with thoese unknown people very freely, played with those poor kids with open heart/mind; can any of our Indian celebraties like cricket players and movie stars do that? come on Umesh, if you cant praise Roger Federer, atleast please dont throw your bullshit words towards him. Be mature in appreciating the good things from him. For you to say he is arrogant, are you 100% pure and good and with well mannerd/attitudes?

Federer is known for his humble nature. While in Dubai, he came out to practice and introduced himself to an official "Hi, I am Roger Federer". That shows his calibre.

Maybe Umesh, you know something which you do not want to share with others for your conclusion!
