probably yes, if these former hockey player concentrate more on the game rather on kps gill politics.former players must play vital role in bringup the facilities to the players so players could concentrate more on game as a career as it is beeing done in cricket / tennis. until players get big monetory gain they will not be able to perform better as it is evident in indian cricket. in earlier days cricket team was not performing better as it is today doing it
