yes, title race is over. enven though i dont like it, man u going to win the race. but the arrogant manager should respect others. all know well the title race is over and he sarcastically making comment still it is a race among the top three. may be GRANT may be dreaming, definetly not me. any way congratulations. also thaniks to your supporters, i means the officials who giving all red card and off side goals to your opponents.

Absense of Rosicky and Eduardo in last 5 matches in EPL shows how much Arsenal missing in creating goal scoring opportunities from their left. Without Eduardo as partner Adebayor looking like ordinary. The turning point of the EPL is Eduardo's injury at Birmingham city in last month.

As usual manU benefits and Arsenal loses becuase of referees
by Kris C on Mar 24, 2008 12:53 AM  | Hide replies

Three days back I said ManU is biggest beneficiary of Referee's mistakes and Arsenal is worst affected. Today's matches clearely showed that a RED card to liverpool player and a offside first goal for chelsea.
Now Arsenal has to settle for 3rd place in EPL.
I doubt their capability now to reach next stage in champions league. Ever since Eduardo injured only two or three goals have been scored by Arsenal strikers in all matches. If the strikers don't score goals it is very difficult to win for any team unless some one like Ronaldo for ManU there.
Now who ever wins the match between ManU and Chelsea will be the champions as ManU has toughest games than Chelsea.
It is all over for Arsenal unless there are some miracles.
Referess robbed 7 points from arsenal in 3 of the last 5 games. i.e against Birmingham city, MiddlesBrough and now chelsea

Hi,
It doesn't look good to complain on referees when team is not playing well.Hats off to Arsenal for giving a tight fight to ManUtd and chelsea for the title. To win the league the team should be consistent for 38 matches. With such a young team Arsenal was never expected to win the league before the season started especially with Henry going..So even 3rd place is good acheivement for Arsenal..I think it is high time they bring some so called "big names" to the club to win the league.

am just stating facts.
When winning no body sees what went wrong but when losing the mistakes of referee's will look like as big as football and not as cricket ball. if you look at all of the last 5 matches it is always Arsenal played well and only lacking cutting edge in last 18 yards.

referees do make mistakes in every match. When it benifits them, nobody complains but if the decision goes against them, then there is a lot of hue and cry.

I dont see any difference actually besides having a match against Arsenal. But then if Man U can not beat at least one from Arsenal and Chelsea, they don't deserve the title.

Arsene Wenger must be eating his hat now-he hadn't counted on Drogba I guess who is Mr. Dependable in the EPL. Remember the goal he scored with a nonchalant header against Bayern Munich 2 years back champion's trophy.Kahn could only watch helplessly
