we were celebrating as if we never believed that we could win... the celebration was like papua new guinea beating australia... look at the australians or any other side... they are so well professionally behaved.. isnt it?

Aishwarya, can't explain the happiness felt on reading your posts. Seems there still are Sensible Bloggers left. Else all we get to read is abusive, senseless shit by duds who never read the posts but shoot comments just to show - off. I am afraid, your posts will pass by, uncared for 'coz this is a country of ASDS i.e. Acquired Sports Deficiency Syndrome.
She just looks at how much gets into her bank and then she gets out of the tournament. Has she ever gone beyond the 3rd round anywher except in India tournaments. She's a sham !!

Sania n Second round. Why Sania could not go beyond second round.. She should seriouly think about this. Now she is not a novice in Tennis.
She have years experience in tennis and she should proceed further, rather than involve in contraversies.. and other glamour activities.
I like Sania very much as she is a proud girl of india and very beautiful player India can project.

Remember there are lots of players like SANIA who cannot go beyond 3/4th round. But with consistent efforts they will achieve success one day. Sania is a fighter all the way and I am sure one day, not very far from today, she will make her mark.

Mr Pradeep, by harping on her 'skirt' I think you are 'skirting' the main issue which is her achievements on the tennis court. She reached the fourth round and gave the defending champion a good run for her money in the second set. You should salute her for that.
Sania has done a lot for Indian tennis. Not too much for Indian women though since she seems to be mostly interested in modelling and "exposure". What has happened with other Indian tennis players. We get one of them every once in a while like Id ka Chand. Perhaps the youngsters are not interested in working hard enough. At one time we had Ramanathan Krishnan, Premjit Lal and Jaideep Mukherjee playing together. They nearly brought us the Davis Cup. After that there were the Amrithraj brothers and then Mahesh Bhupathi and Leander Paes. That is all that I can recall.

Sania has tried her best, but as proven, she is not able to catch that elusive success against the top 5 ranker players. She has maximum a year to try some more, and succeed non-optionally. Otherwise, she will have her steam lost totally. Only success provides energy to make you succeed at this level. At this stage, rememeber only one thing... Just do it
