They were given a dose of their own medicine by the determine Germans. The winning goal in the 90th minutes was a treat to watch. It was a complete outcome of the team effort. The goal was scored after defeating so many defenders and Germans deserving won the match.

Bad day for European soccer ...the racist Germans scrape passed the brave Turks.... Kudos to Turkey ...they might have lost but put up a terrific fight with a broken team and won the hearts of millions across the word.... There are more than 5 million Turkish people in Germany, Austria. They are often rediculed as "dark Europeans" and looked down upon since they do mostly odd jobs .... A win over the germans could have boosted their moral .....

turkey were down with injuries and suspensions, stil they made match out of it. well played turkey there is no disgrace in losing after a fight. as regards germans, they also played well, but have to improve the midfield play to win final.

There are 2.7 Mn Turks in Germany who do menial jobs and who should remain like menials only. Germans are not one to tolerate any nonsense. In 1992, some Turks in a small town called Moellin decided to support Bosnia and raised flags declaring jihad. They were burnt alive by Neo Nazis.

Well said. Turkey put up an excellent performance and almost pulled a stunning victory. If they were in full force the story might have been different. But the third goal of Germany was simply spectacular. Germany is well known for its fighting capacity, esp. when chips are down.
I am ardent fan of german football, i congradulate for their berth in euro2008 finals. I like to encourage Klose, Ballack and podoski to play their natural game in the final so that the team i admire should lift the cup. "all the best Germany" Ravindra Kulkarni

Russia is a very good team. If you saw their game against holland you will realize. They can easily catch any team unawares with their speed. Couple of players of have very good ability to strike from distance too. They beat holland intheir own game.

It looks like a turf job for germany.But as an Germany supporter ,I know german play accordingly opponents standrad and they are mentally very turf though germany defence are week including goal Keeper.But still i beleive on germany (One Teams player of all postion are equally good is very rare)
